Clot-ED.com :: An Educational Resource

WELCOME!

We are an educational (ED in CLOT-ED) resource for healthcare professionals interacting with patients having bleeding or thrombotic disorders, and for patients with health-related problems in these areas trying to learn more about their conditions. Our name, CLOT, is an acronym (Coagulation, (fibrino)Lysis, Or Thrombosis). Our logo depicts coagulation as an amplification process (coagulation enzymes represented by gold ovals) that results in thrombin generation and fibrin formation (formed fibrin clot represented by magenta oval). Enjoy your learning experience!

Registration on this website provides you with access to The Clotting Times newsletters, Focus Articles, Lectures, and Case Studies. All other sections of this website are open to everyone.
